CCD-146: Hard Surface Cleaners Review Process

 

Current Status

• Further to comments received on the First Draft of the standard, the Ecologo Program is releasing the Second Draft of CCD 146- Hard Surface Cleaners. The comment period is opened from May 9, 2011 to June 9, 2011.

Project Milestones

• Project Initiation: July 16, 2009 
  • EcoLogo conducting background research and populating stakeholder list
• Discussion Document: December 7, 2009
  • Stakeholder comments requested regarding proposed scope and direction of standard 
• Development of Draft Standard 2: 
  
  • Ecologo considers stakeholder feedback and comments received on Draft 1 in development of Draft 2
  • Stakeholder comment period is held for feedback on second draft of standard *ECOLOGO IS CURRENTLY AT THIS STAGE*

• Official Standard Released

 

Advisory Committee

• EcoLogo has commissioned an external advisory committee to assist in the review of this standard. The EcoLogo Program is incredibly grateful not only for the time commitment these individuals have made, but also for their invaluable input and expertise as we move forward in developing an environmental leadership standard for hard surface cleaners.
